A friend of mine was at his dentist’s this week and his dentist told him that he is seeing about 10x the number of people coming in with headaches, tension and anxiety manifested by the grinding of their teeth. Finding ways to give each other a sense of calm and ease is important to just begin to “dial down” the fear and concern. Give folks a few minutes to share their concerns at meetings and make some casual conversation time to decompress. It’ll make things better
