I proudly serve on the Board of the Women’s Center and Shelter here in Pittsburgh and at each Board Meeting, our CEO shares a “Mission Minutes” where she tells us a story of the good work done by our staff and the success of a client who overcomes enormous adversity that helps put her life back on track.
We each could do well to share our own Mission Minute about the work we are doing and how it is impacting our clients and community. We don’t want to get too caught up in just looking at data and to forget what our work is all about which is creating a better situation for our clients and customers.
