He will be meeting and talking with nurses about burnout. I’ve been doing mindfulness and mediation practice for years and I know it helps. It provides me a few minutes to quiet myself and focus on simple tasks like breathing. It’s like a brief walk in out in nature where I can enjoy the beauty surrounding me and the beauty inside me.

What about you? What do you think about mindfulness practice? Do you engage in it and if so why and what are the benefits you receive?
Or, are you sick of hearing about it?
